Evolve Solutions Group attended the CHART Hospitality Training Competencies Conference in Charlotte, NC in early March. The conference focused on the latest trends shaping the hospitality industry and strategies for training hospitality staff. We had many engaging conversations with hospitality companies throughout the US in the quick service, fast casual, full service, fine dining, hotel management, resorts, casinos, and cruise ship segments discussing simulations, gamification, learning platforms, and the latest in role-based training. Companies in attendance included nationwide chains such as Chipotle and regional favorites such as The Common Man of New Hampshire.
Groups of attendees gathered to view our Taco Builder simulation game (visit our Portfolio to play!) for frontline team members. Attendees took turns building tacos using a visual layout simulating cold and hot stations, and individual recipe ingredient graphics which is available to all Rusty Taco frontline employees as part of their onboarding learning journey and ongoing practice.
