SoCalGas PSIF
Evolve, in collaboration with The Select Group, custom designed and developed a 3-module curriculum and comprehensive quiz for SoCalGas on High Energy Hazards. This just-in-time safety training provided critical incident awareness and advanced compliance and reporting information to over 9K employees in an eLearning format, including a branching scenario simulation replicating typical incidents that qualified under an upcoming mandate. This High Energy Hazards Awareness training was a 2022 Silver Winner for the Horizon Interactive Award in the Training/E-Learning category!
Dresser Builder
Sonic’s Dresser Builder was designed and developed by our amazing simulation and gamification team and in coordination with The Select Group for SONIC. Dresser Builder provides just-in-time practice to new and existing restaurant team members. The microlearning provides a safe environment where team members can spend just 5 minutes honing their sandwich and burger recipe skills. SONIC Dresser Builder was selected to compete in DevLearn22 – DemoFest and was a 2022 Silver Winner for the Horizon Interactive Award in the Training/E-Learning category!
Taco Builder
Evolve’s Taco Builder Game was peer voted as the Best of Show Vendor at DemoFest – DevLearn 2021. Using gamification as part of a blended learning strategy we were able to custom design and develop interactive onboarding for new hires to be used as on-demand practice throughout their tenure. Restaurant Drive Thru
This custom animation was developed from concept to finished product and included professional narration, custom illustrations, and graphics. The purpose of the animation was to highlight drive thru operating best practices for new and existing managers. This animation was included in a 45 minute elearning as well as part of a video playlist within the client’s LMS.
Accounting Basics
This custom animation was developed from concept to finished product and included professional narration, custom illustrations, and graphics. The purpose of the animation was to provide an overview of the topic to kick-off a 35 minute elearning module. This topic was a part of a 5 module curriculum focusing on financial acumen for non-finance professionals. This animation as well as animation from each of the 5 modules were included in promotional emails about the program.
Bread Science
This custom animation was developed from concept to finished product and included professional narration, custom illustrations, and graphics. For this client, bread is an essential part of their operations and this animation provided an overview of the science of bread baking to kick-off a 55 minute elearning module. This topic was a part of a 15 module blended learning curriculum for team members and managers. This animation as well as over 40 animations and videos developed for this client are included in a playlist on the LMS.
