Tristia has 7+ years of course development experience, 12+ years of corporate and consulting experience, interwoven with creative design projects, educational technology products, and internal/external communications supporting change initiatives.

She enjoys her work in the learning & organizational change industry because she has the opportunity to always be learning, whether it’s new industries and initiatives, new tools and software, or emerging technologies for learning & change.
