I had a blast last week at ATD Cascadia 2024! Big thanks to the board and president D.J. Netz for putting together such a fantastic program. I was honored to be selected to speak about AI Strategy and Policy for L&D teams. I’m so grateful for the positive feedback I received from my audience.
I got to catch up with some ATD colleagues like Steve Brooks, see Dan Vetter speak about giving back by way of volunteering professional skills (something that I have been passionate about for a long time now!), and met some new L&D buddies (shout out to Julie Laroche, Kerri Nussbaum, Colby Parrott, and Naomi Pusch). Also big thank you to Patrick Galvin for saving the day and letting me borrow his slide clicker! I’ll be sure to return the favor next time the opportunity comes around 😊
